Holders Pvt. Ltd. has been in the auto component manufacturing activity
for a long time. We are supplying these products to our customers on a
'Self Certification Basis' since many years. The company has obtained
the ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2001 and is still in force.
Gear Shifter Forks for Agricultural Tractors and Light
Commercial Vehicles
We supply these forks to the tractor
manufacturers like Force Motors Ltd. and a multinational
Same-Deutz-Fahr India Ltd. for all their Tractors from 25 H.P. to 55
H.P. We supply about 8000 forks/month for Force Motors Ltd. for all
their models of tractors. These Shifter Forks are sourced from a
Forging Route or an SGI Casting Route as per the specification on the
drawings. They are machined, then Induction hardened and supplied
to above manufacturers in a ready to assemble condition.
We are supplying about 2000/month
Shifter Forks to Same Deutz-Fahr India Ltd., Ranipet for their Same
Brand tractors. Some of these forks are sourced from an S G Iron
route of Grades SG 500/7 and SG 600/3.
We are developing these Shifter Forks
for the Light Commercial Vehicles and three wheelers of Force Motors
Ltd . We are also developing Gear Shifter forks for HCV’s of Man
Force Trucks Pvt. Ltd. of about 250 H.P. Engine Gear Boxes from SGI
route Grade 600/3.
Door Hinges for MUV’s And LCV’s.
The multi-utility hinges are made from steel rolled section and forgings for STRENGTH AND RIGIDITY and the
LCV hinges are made from steel plates with welded construction due to
small volumes. These also have the requisite strength and rigidity.
Presently, we are the Original Equipment Suppliers to Force Motors Ltd, Pithampur, and manufacture about 10,000
sets of Multi Utility Vehicle Hinges for all their TRAX vehicles,
about 3500 sets of Light Commercial Vehicle Hinges for their
'Traveller and Exce'l range of vehicles and 4000 sets for Minifour
vehicles every month. These door hinges have been tested and approved
by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAi) as per Indian and
European Test Standards.
We are looking for additional volumes
in all categories of Door Hinges for vehicles.
